1. Service Description
Vaelo is a Clinical Orchestration Middleware platform. We provide a technical integration layer that connects AI-driven voice agents with legacy Practice Management Systems (PMS), primarily Dolphin Management.
2. No Medical Advice
Vaelo is an administrative and logistical tool. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform is intended to assist with scheduling and administrative triage; clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed orthodontic professional.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the data within your Practice Management System is accurate and up to date.
- Compliance: You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including HIPAA.
4. Integration and Synchronization
- PMS Connectivity: Vaelo relies on stable connectivity with your PMS. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party database failures or internet connectivity issues at the practice site.
- AI Copilot Awareness: Users acknowledge that AI-generated communications are a supportive tool. While we strive for 100% accuracy, all AI outputs should be monitored as part of the practice’s standard administrative oversight.
5. Intellectual Property
Vaelo retains all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including its proprietary orchestration logic, AI workflows, and integration connectors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the inability to access Practice Management Data during system downtime.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
